EssilorLuxottica warns French antitrust probe is nearing end

EssilorLuxottica could yet face a sanction from a French antitrust probe, according to a corporate filing today that warned the investigation has progressed to an advanced stage but downplayed the likelihood of an adverse outcome for the company.
In July 2016, the Luxottica Group increased its provision for “short-term risk”
