EssilorLuxottica offers up 351 stores to get GrandVision deal cleared by EU regulator

EssilorLuxottica has offered to divest a total of 351 stores in Italy, Belgium and the Netherlands in a bid to secure EU approval for its planned takeover of eyewear retailer GrandVision, MLex has learned.

The Ray-Ban maker has proposed to sell 191 stores in Italy, including the whole of its own VistaSì chain
