EssilorLuxottica and GrandVision see EU merger review suspended again

EssilorLuxottica has again seen an in-depth EU probe into its plan to buy Dutch eyewear retailer GrandVision suspended.
The European Commission stopped the clock on its investigation on April 7, according to an update today on its online register of cases. Before the suspension, the regulator had until July 23
