ENRC was warned that it faced GBP100 million fine over African bribery issues, court told

Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation was warned that African bribery issues could lead to it being hit with a 100 million-pound fine ($137 million today), the largest penalty in UK corporate history at the time, its former lawyer told a court yesterday.
