ENRC tells court UK prosecutor had 'jaundiced' view of it after lawyer's secret contact

Secret contact between a Dechert lawyer representing Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation and the UK’s fraud agency led to the prosecutor taking a “jaundiced” view of it, a London court heard today.
