ENRC secures punitive costs order against law firm Dechert over UK litigation

London law firm Dechert must cover tens of millions of pounds in legal costs incurred by former client Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation, a UK court has ruled, due to poor conduct by the firm and its former head of white-collar crime in ENRC's recent lawsuit against it.
