ENRC’s multimillion-pound SFO claim has ‘failed’ for lack of evidence, lawyer says

Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation has failed to show any dishonesty or lying by Serious Fraud Office officials in its multimillion-pound civil claim, a lawyer for the UK's white-collar crime prosecutor told a London court today.
