Eletromídia's out-of-home media deal receives unconditional antitrust clearance in Brazil

Eletromídia's acquisition of a majority stake of out-of-home media platform Otima has received unconditional antitrust approval in Brazil, according to a decision disclosed in the public case file.

The agency’s investigatory unit, the Superintendence, gave the green light for the deal, but the parties still need to wait 15 days after the publication
