Elanco-Bayer deal poised for clearance in Brazil

Elanco Animal Health’s planned buyout of Bayer AG's animal health business is poised to receive unconditional antitrust clearance in Brazil, MLex has learned.
The case has been with the investigatory unit of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense, or CADE, for 108 days.
