EE's former boss 'confused, worried' after lunch where O2 rival talked pricing, UK judge told

EE’s former head lawyer today denied that the mobile operator's chief executive a decade ago got himself into a "sticky situation" by taking part in a meeting where his counterpart at rival O2 raised telecom market pricing strategy.
