DYJ Holdings queried in US court on standing to sue banks, Intercontinental Exchange for Libor manipulation

DYJ Holdings today faced questions from a US appeals court on whether it has standing to sue a group of banks and the Intercontinental Exchange on behalf of a proposed class of investors accusing the defendants of manipulating the ICE Libor financial benchmark.
