Duty to repay interest on annulled fines will get June 11 ruling from EU court

Companies suing the European Commission to recoup interest withheld on annulled antitrust fines will get clarity from the EU’s top court next month, when judges rule in the lead case on the regulator’s obligations.

The Court of Justice will issue a judgment on a dispute involving Deutsche Telekom on June 11
