Dutch health sector body to help hospitals with GDPR after big fines, watchdog says

NVZ, an association for Dutch hospitals, will help the industry comply with EU privacy rules after many received hefty GDPR fines in recent months, the deputy chair of the Dutch Data Protection Authority has said.

“Many companies are concerned about the height of the fines, in particular in the healthcare sector,”
