Duffel aluminum plant can be bought by AIP, EU merger regulator says

The Duffel aluminum plant's takeover by American Industrial Partners has been approved by the EU's merger regulator, it announced today.
The approval suggests that the saga of who controls Duffel is drawing to a close.
