Draft bill proposing to reduce number of CADE Tribunal members supported by agency President Cordeiro

A draft bill proposing to reduce the number of councilors at the Brazilian competition authority's Tribunal from six to four would bring more efficiency to the competition defense system in Brazil, agency President Alexandre Cordeiro said.
"Other Brazilian agencies have a maximum of five members within their council of directors.
