DOJ will focus on prosecution of individuals in white-collar crime, Criminal Division chief says

A day after the lead US Department of Justice criminal antirust enforcer warned that the US plans to prosecute individuals and not just companies for antitrust violations, the department’s top criminal enforcer said the same principle applies to other areas of white collar crime, from cryptocurrency fraud to cyberattacks.
