Discovery issues in former British Virgin Islands premier’s case could imperil July trial date, defense attorney argues

Looming deadlines in the case of former British Virgin Islands Premier Andrew Fahie, including a July trial date, could slip if discovery issues aren’t resolved, according to a filing made today by his lawyer.
