Developer in UN bribe scheme loses final bid to appeal

Macao billionaire Ng Lap Seng's conviction for bribing United Nations' officials will stand, the US Supreme Court said.

The high court today rejected a bid from Ng to appeal his 2017 conviction on charges that he paid bribes to two UN officials — including a former General Assembly president — to bolster support
