Deutsche Bahn unit sees cancellation-fees claim sent back to court

DB Netz, a Deutsche Bahn unit that operates railway infrastructure, has fended off claims filed by an unidentified company alleging that it charged excessive cancellation fees.

In a judgment delivered in December, but only published on May 4 (see here), the German Federal Court of Justice said that judges at a lower court
