Deutsche Bahn unit must pay damages for abusive infrastructure surcharge, top German court rules

Deutsche Bahn's unit DB Netz must pay around 5.6 million euros ($6.1 million) to a private passenger rail transport operator for abusive price increases, Germany's top civil court has said.
