Deutsche Bahn charged with hampering online ticket sales by German antitrust authority (update*)

Deutsche Bahn has been formally charged with harming competition in the market for selling train and other transport tickets, the German competition authority said today (see here). 

The German rail incumbent withholds “essential” data from mobility platforms, the Bundeskartellamt said, making it more difficult to inform customers for example about delays or platforms
