Auto-parts makers Denso do Brasil and Denso Sistemas Térmicos do Brasil should be fined in a Brazilian cartel probe into car-thermal systems, national antitrust investigators said in an opinion.
Denso Sistemas Térmicos do Brasil was created after Denso do Brasil acquired Magneti Marelli’s climate control equipment division in 2001.
