Denmark appeals part of EU's state aid clearance for Fehmarn Belt tunnel

The Danish government is appealing elements of the European Commission’s approval of its Fehmarn Belt tunnel project at the EU’s General Court, MLex has learned.
The EU regulator approved the infrastructure project, which will create an undersea road and rail link between Denmark and Germany, under its state aid rules
