Delta-Latam joint venture unconditionally cleared by CADE Tribunal

A joint venture between Delta Airlines and Latam Airlines has been cleared, without conditions, by the Brazilian competition authority's Tribunal.
The Superintendence of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense, or CADE, in September cleared the deal without conditions (see here). But CADE Councilor Lenisa Rodrigues Prado on Oct. 7 formally
