Delivery Hero predicts EU fine of over EUR400 million for antitrust conduct

Germany-based food-delivery company Delivery Hero said it is expecting an antitrust fine in excess of 400 million euros for anticompetitive conduct, including sharing sensitive information and agreeing not to hire rival staff.
