Defense company gets raided in new EU antitrust probe

The European Commission is today carrying out surprise inspections at the premises of a "company active in the defense sector."

The raids indicate a continued upswing in antitrust activity, following inspections at pharmaceutical company Zoetis and wood-pulp manufacturers this autumn.
