Dawn raids in Germany could restart with Covid-19 protections

German cartel enforcers may be able to conduct surprise inspections again after a fallow period due to the Covid-19 restrictions, the head of the national regulator said.

Andreas Mundt said his staff were working on “far-reaching” protective measures to ensure activity continues.
