Danish companies' GDPR compliance to be investigated following audit

Denmark’s privacy regulator is taking follow-up action after conducting an audit into how insurance companies, hotels and public sector companies comply with the EU's General Data Protection Regulation.

Ten Danish insurers, nine hotels and 11 municipalities received a questionnaire over the summer as part of a data watchdog audit about businesses' maturity in the area
