D’Ieteren files Parts Holding Europe acquisition for EU review

Belgium's D’Ieteren Group has requested EU approval to acquire vehicle spare-parts supplier Parts Holding Europe, according to an update today on the European Commission's register of deals. The regulator has set a July 18 deadline to decide on the deal.
