Czech dispute over illegal display of content on websites referred to EU court

Czech websites Hellspy and Hellshare will see the EU’s court determine to which extent they can be held liable under unfair competition rules for the upload by their users of content infringing copyright laws.
The High Court in Prague also wants to know whether it can order both hosting sites
