CSX, BNSF, Union Pacific, Norfolk Southern rate-setting communications reviewed by US appeals court in rail freight case

A US appeals court today considered whether certain rate-setting communications among CSX, BNSF, Union Pacific and Norfolk Southern could be admitted as evidence into an antitrust case accusing the rail freight shippers of fixing fuel prices.
The railroads are accused of using communication channels established to set rates among shipments
