CSN-LafargeHolcim deal will result in overlaps of up to 40-50 percent in cement market, CADE told

A planned buyout of LafargeHolcim Brasil by CSN's Brazilian cement subsidiary will result in overlaps of up to 40-50 percent in the cement market, the parties told the national competition authority in their initial submissions.
