Credit Suisse-linked derivatives fraud 'deliberately concealed,' Libyan fund tells UK court

A sprawling corruption scheme involving Credit Suisse and Libyan businessman Walid Ali Al-Giahmi was “deliberately concealed” from the Libyan Investment Authority, which cost the fund $200 million, it told a London court today.
