Conflicts over Brazil AI regulatory oversight must be addressed, ANPD official says

Brazil's data-protection law and a draft bill proposing regulation of artificial intelligence are "compatible" because both focus on protecting fundamental rights, said Lucas Borges, advisor to the national data protection authority's council of directors.
