Concentrix seeks Indian merger clearance for its $4.8-billion Webhelp acquisition

Nasdaq-listed Concentrix Corporation, which announced its $4.8-billion global acquisition of Paris-based outsourcing and consultancy firm Webhelp in March this year, has applied to India's antitrust watchdog seeking merger clearance.
