Compliance, reporting failures get Sigma Broking fined over insider-dealing concerns

Behind the fine of 531,000 pounds (around $600,000) and director disqualifications imposed on Sigma Broking today, the UK’s financial watchdog has listed a catalog of errors at the brokerage that let potential insider dealing and financial crime go undetected.
