Compliance-dodging tech giants could trigger ‘upgrade’ to EU gatekeeper law, Germany's Giegold says

Tech gatekeepers caught by the EU's new law on market power may be “dodging” compliance, and politicians are watching "very closely,” Germany’s State Secretary for Economic Affairs said.
