‘Complete’ fast-track notifications speed merger reviews, CADE coordinator Da Silva says

Companies must be more careful about the information they submit in fast-track deal reviews, Brazilian competition authority General-Coordinator Ednei Nascimento da Silva said, adding that a significant number of merger notifications filed with the agency are incomplete and therefore require additional information before the case is concluded.
