Comment: Banks, car shippers await landmark Mastercard-Merricks UK damages ruling

Cartelist investment banks and car-shipping companies under the threat of damages payouts for price-fixing collusion are among those on tenterhooks ahead of the UK top court’s verdict on Mastercard’s bid to stop a planned mass claim over its payment-card fees.
