Colt requests EU approval to buy Lumen network assets

Colt Technology Services, a provider of digital infrastructure, has requested EU approval to buy rival Lumen’s business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
The European Commission has set an initial Aug. 23 deadline to decide on the $1.8 billion deal.

Colt and Lumen announced the deal in November
