Claims by Tesla employees suing over data breach could be sent to arbitration, US judge says

Tesla has successfully moved various cases to arbitration, a US judge reminded lawyers for company employees suing over a data breach at an initial case management conference in San Francisco today. 
“I’ve read the Tesla arbitration agreement probably four times in the last year,” US District Judge James Donato said.
