Cimento Tupi tells CADE not to approve CSN-LafargeHolcim deal in Brazil as is

Cimento Tupi has told the Brazilian competition authority not to approve CSN's planned acquisition of LafargeHolcim as is. The company hasn’t yet suggested the adoption of any specific remedies to the Administrative Council for Economic Defense, or CADE.
