Cimento Tupi allowed to participate in CSN-LafargeHolcim deal review in Brazil

Brazilian cement maker Cimento Tupi has been allowed to participate in the review of CSN's planned purchase of LafargeHolcim Brasil by the national competition authority, according to a decision published in today’s Official Journal.
As an interested third party, Cimento Tupi can assist the agency in its investigation and appeal
