Chr Hansen, Novozymes tell CADE Brazilian market test confirms deal has no competition concerns

Chr Hansen and Novozymes told the Brazilian competition authority that the agency’s market test has confirmed there are no antitrust concerns about their transaction, with most of the third parties contacted calling the market competitive.
