Chinese wood flooring companies Baroque Timber Industries and Riverside Plywood Corp. have filed a complaint with the US Court of International Trade, contesting the Department of Commerce’s benchmark decisions and use of adverse facts available in the antisubsidy duty review for multilayered wood flooring imported in 2021.
