Chinese streaming platform iQiyi wins data abuse lawsuit in Shanghai court

Chinese streaming site iQiyi today won a lawsuit in which it was alleged the company had abused user data to support itself in a previous lawsuit involving breach of contract allegations.

The Shanghai Qingpu People’s Court ruled today the company had not engaged in any illegal behavior by using the log-in and viewing
