Chinese corrosion-inhibitor makers’ no-show at USITC probe further proof of unfair trade, US producer says

Chinese companies’ failure to participate in a US International Trade Commission investigation on corrosion inhibitors from China suggests the imports were unfairly traded, US chemical-producer Wincom said today.
