Chinese aluminum foil tariffs challenge dismissed by top EU court

A German aluminum foil importer has unsuccessfully challenged EU trade defense tariffs.
Von Aschenbach & Voss had argued that investigators made several errors linked to the assessment of the probed product, but the EU's top court dismissed the case as inadmissible (see here).
