China's Bank of Communications is responsible for facial-recognition scam, theft victim's appeal claims

A Chinese court finding that the Shanghai-based Bank of Communications wasn’t liable for a debit-card theft that involved the use of facial recognition is being challenged, with the victim of the theft lodging an appeal with the Beijing Financial Court.
The appeal by the individual who lost 429,900 yuan ($64,164)
