Chemicals company Brenntag sees EUR48 million antitrust fine reimposed by Paris court

German chemical distributor Brenntag must pay a 47.8 million-euro fine ($58 million) for its participation in a cartel in France between 1997 and 2005, a French court has ruled.

The Paris Court of Appeal ordered that the fine, first issued in 2013, be reimposed, according to a judgment issued last week
